David Kim

David Kim currently serves as the Assistant Director of Asset Management at the Santa Clara County Housing Authority since July 2024. Prior to this role, David held the position of Senior Director of Asset Management at Episcopal Community Services of San Francisco, overseeing a portfolio of 17 permanent supportive housing properties. David's extensive experience in asset management includes positions at Belveron Real Estate Partners, Eden Housing, Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation, Community Housing Partnership, EAH, East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation, and Hamilton Family Center, demonstrating a strong track record in property supervision, portfolio management, and operational improvements. David Kim earned a degree from San Francisco State University between 1991 and 1996.
