Mauro Oliveira

Mauro Oliveira has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, primarily focusing on appeals, grievances, and member services. Mauro currently serves as the Director of Operations at Santa Clara Family Health Plan. Prior to this, they held leadership positions at various organizations including Buckeye Health Plan, Capital BlueCross, Universal American, Sheridan Healthcare, Florida Healthcare Plus Inc, Security Health Plan, Coventry Health Care, Vista Healthplans, and Neighborhood Health Partnership. Throughout their career, Mauro has demonstrated expertise in managing and resolving appeals and grievances, as well as overseeing operations in government programs and Medicare.

Mauro Oliveira completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Florida International University between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology-Business Administration from the same university, which they completed between 2000 and 2004.
