Ngoc Bui-Tong

Ngoc Bui-Tong has extensive experience in health equity, strategy, and analytics, currently serving as the Chief Health Equity and Strategy Officer at Santa Clara Family Health Plan since February 2012. Previously, Ngoc held several leadership roles within the organization, including Vice President of Strategies and Analytics and Director of Health Care Economics. Prior to joining Santa Clara Family Health Plan, Ngoc worked as the Director of Budget and Performance Analysis at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center from November 2001 to February 2012 and served as a Senior Associate at The Lewin Group from May 1998 to February 2001. Ngoc holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Tulane University and a Master of Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan School of Public Health.
