Christina Romero

Instructional Coach at Santa Fe Public Schools

Christina Romero is an experienced education professional currently serving as a Digital Learning Coach at Santa Fe Public Schools since July 2017, where responsibilities include training and supporting teachers in integrating technology into their teaching practices. Additionally, Christina has been a Trainer/Facilitator at the Smithsonian Science Education Center since July 2011 and previously held the same role at the LANL Foundation from August 2015 to June 2017. Christina's extensive background in education also includes a tenure as a middle elementary teacher at Santa Fe Public Schools from August 1994 to May 2017, during which time Christina served as the LASER (science) Site Coordinator and participated as a faculty member in the Strategic Planning Institute at the Smithsonian Science Education Center. Christina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from New Mexico State University, completed in 1990, along with additional studies at the University of New Mexico in 1994-1995.
