Mande Douglas is an experienced educator and professional with a diverse background in teaching, business ownership, and various technical roles. Currently serving as a Science Teacher at Santa Fe Public Schools since August 2021, Mande has also worked as an Engagement Coordinator at HomeGoods and owned a small business, DC6, focusing on neurodiversity. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of Communications for the Atalaya Elementary School PTA, substitute teaching at Joy Montessori, and holding forensic and technical positions at the New Mexico Department of Public Safety and the Office of the Medical Investigator. Mande holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology with a forensic emphasis from Mississippi State University and a certificate in Death Investigation from Texas A&M University, complemented by military law enforcement training.
