Lisa Lopez-Williamson, MLIS, currently serves as a Teacher Librarian at Santa Fe Public Schools since July 2022. Previously, Lisa held the role of School Librarian at Albuquerque Public Schools from July 2020 to August 2022 and at EPISD from August 2009 to May 2020. Lisa's responsibilities include teaching information literacy to Pre-K through 5th-grade students, grant writing, community outreach, managing library collections, storytelling, and organizing author visits. Lisa's educational background includes a Master's in Library and Information Science from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from The University of Texas at El Paso. Additionally, Lisa worked as an Enrichment Teacher and PE Coach at St. Matthew’s Catholic School from August 2006 to August 2008.
