Prior to their current role as Chief Administrative Officer at Santa Fe Recovery Center, Victoria has held positions such as Chief Operations Officer and Human Resources Director at KEWA Pueblo Health Corporation. Victoria also has experience in financial services and carrier relations management. Victoria holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Ottawa University.
