Zachary Radke has a diverse work experience in various roles within the information technology field. Zachary started their career at Marcotel Internet Services, where they served as Customer Service & Support, Project Manager, Server & Infrastructure Manager, and eventually as President. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of the business, including operations, staffing, accounting, and client support.
Zachary then worked at the Florida Department of Transportation as a Network Administrator, where they managed and administered systems, servers, and networks at central and branch offices. Zachary also participated in advisory boards to develop standards for hardware, software, cybersecurity, and statewide disaster recovery practices.
After that, Radke joined North Florida Retirement Village as an IT Specialist, where they supported business technology and information services in healthcare, hospitality, and dining. Zachary managed infrastructure for communications, servers, networks, and end-user technology. Zachary also had experience in departmental planning and budgeting.
Later, they moved to Haven Hospice as the Director of Information Technology Services, where they managed 16 offices providing healthcare services, administrative support, logistics, and retail throughout the territory. Zachary brought transformational cultural change to the IT team to stabilize the department and meet aggressive business goals.
Radke then joined SantaFe Senior Living Inc as the Corporate Information Technology Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing affiliate teams and data centers throughout Florida. Zachary also led strategic planning for IT operations and capacity to deliver critical communication and information services to healthcare organizations. Additionally, they oversaw technology, data center, and low voltage design for construction projects.
Zachary was promoted within the company to serve as the Corporate Director of Information Technology, where they were responsible for orchestrating information and technology migrations during aggressive mergers and acquisitions. Zachary developed a governance, risk, and compliance program to strengthen the resiliency and readiness of the organization.
Currently, Radke is serving as the Corporate Director of Information Technology at SantaFe HealthCare, Inc., the parent affiliate of SantaFe Senior Living. In this role, they continue to oversee the organization's information and technology initiatives during a period of rapid organizational change.
Zachary Radke received education in Computer Science from Gateway College from 2004 to 2007. Zachary also obtained the Certified Cyber Security Architect™ (CCSA™) certification from ecfirst in December 2020.
