Katarzyna Milczewska

Katarzyna Milczewska is currently the Design Research Lead at Santander Bank Polska. Katarzyna is also an External Lecturer at Uniwersytet SWPS, where Katarzyna leads workshops on research methods in design services. Additionally, Katarzyna is a Member of the board of the Szajn Foundation, which provides support and empowerment to young women in Poland. Prior to their current roles, Katarzyna worked as a Senior Insight Specialist at s360 service thinking, where Katarzyna managed research projects for various clients. Katarzyna has a background in sociology and culture studies from the University of Warsaw.
