Andrew Pfaff

Andrew Pfaff is an accomplished finance and project management professional with extensive experience at Santander Bank, N.A. since July 2008. Currently serving as Executive Director of Transformation in Santander Corporate & Investment Banking, Andrew leads the development and implementation of strategic solution roadmaps. Past roles include Senior Vice President positions overseeing project management for Commercial Banking, management reporting for finance IT projects, and leading technology-driven transformations with significant budgetary responsibilities. Andrew has a proven track record in financial analysis, budgeting, and executive reporting, bolstered by a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bentley University. Prior to Santander, Andrew was a Mutual Fund Accountant at State Street Bank & Trust Co. and gained initial experience as a Finance Intern at Ameriprise Financial Advisors.
