Patrick Fair

Patrick Fair has a varied work experience. Patrick currently works at Santander Consumer USA in the Design & Delivery role since November 2022. Before that, they had a long tenure at Santander Bank, N.A. where they held multiple positions including VP Senior Specialist in Facilitation, Learning and Development Facilitator, Branch Operations Manager, and Teller. Patrick worked at GameStop as a Store Manager from 2005 to 2011. Prior to that, they were an Education Director at Huntington Learning Center from 2005 to 2007, and an English Teacher at Monsignor Farrell High School from 2004 to 2005.

Patrick Fair attended Rider University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and English Literature. In addition to their degree, Patrick also holds several certifications in Agile HR, specifically the Certified Agile HR Explorer certification from Just Leading Solutions, which they obtained in October 2022.
