Jon Ford

Jon Ford has extensive experience in operational management and payments solutions, currently serving as Director and SVP of Payments, Research (ASU), Invoicing, Distribution Services, and Payables at Santander Consumer USA since December 2018. Prior to this role, Jon Ford held the position of Vice President at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from January 2010 to December 2018, where responsibilities included managing high-volume document imaging and archiving for large public sector and corporate clients. Jon Ford also served as Assistant Vice President at JPMorgan Chase from October 2000 to 2009, focusing on document imaging solutions, and held various roles within a high-volume lockbox environment. Earlier in the career, Jon Ford gained valuable experience in operational areas at the Royal Bank of Scotland, specializing in check processing and cash vault operations from October 1986 to July 1999.
