David Eliasen

David Eliasen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2001, they worked as a Software Engineer at Netcompany A/S, focusing on further development of a web project and competency within the .NET platform. David then joined Groupcare A/S in 2002, where they held multiple positions, including Technical Project Manager, Chief Consultant, and Head of IT Development, overseeing software solutions, project management, and outsourcing projects. In 2011, they became a Consulting Manager at Omada A/S, leading a distributed European consulting team in delivering Identity & Access Management projects for enterprise customers. From 2012 to 2013, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at ShowMe A/S, responsible for software development, operations, and Scrum implementation. Finally, since 2013, David has been associated with Santander Consumer Bank - Nordics, initially as an IT Development Manager and currently as the Head of IT PaaS, leading agile teams and focusing on delivering Nordic Common Services and Operational Data Store.

David Eliasen completed their education in multiple fields. In 2001, they attended Niels Brock, where they pursued a degree in Computer Science. In 2009, they obtained a certification as a Certified Coach from The Leadership Company, specializing in Coaching Based Leadership. In 2011, they received a PRINCE2 Foundation certification in Project Management from EPM Group. Lastly, in 2017, they became a Professional Agile Coach, obtaining the certification from Teamdriven. In addition to their educational background, David earned various certifications related to agile methodologies and leadership from reputable institutions such as Scrum.org and APM Group.
