Therese Tvede Zachariae

Therese Tvede Zachariae's work experience includes working as a Senior Compliance Specialist at Santander Consumer Bank - Nordics since April 2020. Therese also holds the role of Reputational Compliance Lead Nordics at the same company since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Compliance Specialist at Santander from December 2017 to April 2020, where they implemented new regulations, handled GDPR issues, and specialized in compliant distribution of accessory insurances. Therese also managed the business' conduct and reputational risk. Before joining Santander, Therese was a Spa Instructor at Wellcome Fitness and Spa, where they performed saunagus classes and maintained customer relations. Therese has additional experience as a Legal Adviser at Nordea Merchant Banking Law, negotiating derivatives agreements and participating in merger and regulatory implementation projects. Therese began their career as a Legal Assistant at Pfizer Medical Group, supporting the Legal Director with tasks related to parallel import of medical preparations. Therese also volunteered as a member of Foreningen af ErhvervsJurister from 2011 to 2013.

Therese Tvede Zachariae has a diverse education history. In 2018, they attended Danske Advokater and completed a Compliance Masterclass. From 2014 to 2016, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business Administration and Commercial Law at Copenhagen Business School. In 2015, they also studied at ESCE International Business School, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree as a Free-Mover in Marketing and Innovation. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2014, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Administration and Commercial Law at Copenhagen Business School. Finally, they graduated from Øregård Gymnasium in 2010 with a Matematical studentereksamen, specializing in Mathematics, Social Science, and Business Economics.
