Efe Birkan

Efe Birkan is currently the Vice President - Whole Loan Trader at Santander US. Prior to this role, Efe worked at Barclays Corporate & Investment Bank as an Assistant Vice President in the Securitized Products Trading department. Efe has experience in whole loan trading and has also worked in risk management, financial analysis, relationship management, and corporate projects at various prestigious companies such as PwC, Citi, NCR Corporation, and HUGO BOSS. Efe holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering with a concentration in Economic & Financial Systems from Georgia Institute of Technology, and has also studied at the Technical University of Munich and University of Toronto.
