Laftt Abellard, MBA, CSM has worked in various roles since 2012. Laftt began their career as a Business Analyst at Global Industrial a Systemax Company in 2012. In 2014, they joined Broadridge as a Project Manager and Business Analyst, where they worked on building a back-end Tax Information Reporting application and managed cross functional software development, integration and infrastructure projects. In 2017, they joined SWS Consulting as a Project Manager and Business Analyst, where they worked on a project involving back end infrastructure such as NetScaler and StoreFront. In 2018, they moved to Georgia Dept Of Revenue as a Business Analyst. Currently, they are working as a Project Manager Scrum Master at Sante Nou Haiti since 2019.

Laftt Abellard obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The College of Saint Rose in 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Psychology/French from the University at Albany, SUNY in 1998. Laftt also attended Saint-Louis de Gonzague.
