Kathleen Kee

Kathleen Kee has extensive experience in HR and organizational development. Currently, they are the Head of HR - EMEA, Asia & Medical Technology Solutions at Santen, responsible for building leadership teams, developing leadership capabilities, and enhancing employee engagement and retention. Prior to this, they held various HR leadership roles at Rolls-Royce, where they managed HR performance, talent management, and regional manpower rationalization. Additionally, Kathleen was a Regional Manager at TNT, where they implemented HR transformation initiatives and led the implementation of a new performance management framework. Kathleen also has experience in change management and HR transformation at Accenture, and in organizational development at Hong Leong Bank Berhad. Kathleen started their career as a Tax Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers before transitioning into consulting and HR roles.

Kathleen Kee holds a Bachelor's degree in Comm (Accounting) from Monash University, which they obtained from 1993 to 1996. Kathleen also completed their MBA in Human Resource Strategy at Monash University from 2002 to 2003. Kathleen Kee is a Certified Senior Professional from the Institute of HR Professionals. In addition, they completed their VCE (Victorian Certificate of Education) at Forest Hill Secondary College from 1989 to 1991.
