Kay Tatsuoka

Kay Tatsuoka has extensive experience in the field of data sciences and biostatistics. They currently hold the position of Vice President and Global Head of Data Sciences & Biometrics at Santen, where they oversee a team of quantitative scientists across multiple regions. Prior to this, they worked at Bristol Myers Squibb in various roles, including Executive Director and Head of Early Development and Translational Statistics Non-Oncology, and Group Director and Biostatistics Director for Full Development Immuno-Oncology. They also held the position of Director of Biostatistics at Bristol Myers Squibb, where they specialized in early development immunology and oncology. Earlier in their career, Kay worked at GlaxoSmithKline as a Manager II in Biostatistics and Computational Biology.

Kay Tatsuoka holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Kay also has a PhD in Statistics from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-New Brunswick.
