Stacey Miller

Stacey Miller is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR leadership and business partnership across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of North America HR and Global HR Business Partner for R&D at Santen since February 2021, Stacey leads global HR transformation efforts within the organization. Prior experience includes roles as Director of HR Business Partner at BeiGene, where a focus on diversity and inclusion was paramount, and as Senior HR Business Partner at Genentech, concentrating on change management and team effectiveness. Additionally, Stacey has provided HR consulting services and coaching to numerous companies, emphasizing leadership development and employee engagement.
