Yang Hai

Yang Hai currently serves as the Manager of Biostatistics at Santen since November 2024. Previously, Yang held the position of Biostatistician at Johnson & Johnson from August 2022 to November 2024 and worked as a Statistician at MaxisIT Inc. between March 2021 and August 2022. Academic experiences include a role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at The University of Auckland from July 2017 to March 2020, along with consulting and biostatistical roles at The Lundquist Institute for Biomedical Innovation at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center from May 2013 to March 2020. Yang also completed a summer internship at Washington University in St. Louis in July 2012. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Statistics from The University of Auckland, a Master of Science in Biostatistics from Washington University in St. Louis, and two degrees from Minzu University of China, including a Master of Science in Mathematical Statistics and Probability and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics.
