James Sikai

James Sikai has extensive experience in supply chain operations and warehouse management, primarily with Oil Search Limited since 2006. Currently serving as a Supply Chain Operations Warehouse Supervisor, James ensures effective and efficient supply of goods and services across departments and oversees the implementation of yearly operational goals. Previous roles at Oil Search included leadership positions at the Moro, Gobe, and Hides warehouses, managing tasks such as stock management and safety compliance, particularly with dangerous goods. James began their career at Chevron as a Warehouse Assistant and worked as a Roustabout for Parker Drilling Company. Early professional experience includes accounting roles at Sullivans Pty Ltd, where responsibilities included financial record maintenance and invoice verification. James completed high school education at Mt Hagen Secondary from 1983 to 1986.
