Alina Chaika

Alina Chaika began their work experience in 2016 as a Business Consultant at msg, where they worked on global SAP technologies implementation projects and established and led an AI community. From 2018 to 2019, they served as an Investment Manager - Venture Capital at MBG Mittelständische Beteiligungsgesellschaft Baden-Württemberg. In 2019, they joined a re-commerce startup as a Business Development & Operations Manager, leading production expansion and managing a team of over 20 people. Since 2020, Alina has been working at SAP.iO, initially as an Operations Lead for SAP.iO Intrapreneurship and currently as the Portfolio Development Lead for SAP.iO Intrapreneurship, overseeing a global accelerator program for internal startups focused on B2B SaaS ideas and social impact. Additionally, they are the Business Woman Network Lead for the Berlin/Potsdam region within the company.

Alina Chaika pursued a Master's degree in Economics and Strategy from Friedrich Schiller University Jena from 2013 to 2015. Prior to this, in 2011, they attended WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) where they focused on Accounting and Finance, but did not complete a degree during that time.
