Joachim von Goetz

Joachim von Goetz has extensive work experience in various roles at SAP, starting in 2004. At SAP.iO, they are currently serving as the Global Vice President and Head of Intrapreneurship, leading a high-performing team focused on building new software ventures and driving organic innovation for SAP.

Before this role, Joachim held several positions at SAP, including Global Vice President and Head of Intrapreneurship, Vice President of Customer Experience Strategy, Co-Founder of SAP.iO Foundry Berlin (the company's first startup accelerator), Senior Director of Co-Innovation for the Americas, and Director of Co-Innovation for South America.

Additionally, they worked as a Technologist in Digital Platforms and started their career at SAP as a Trainee in International Management.

Outside of SAP, Joachim von Goetz has been involved in various roles at IE Business School, Porto Business School, and as an investor in several companies, including Eunerd, JetBov, GoCache, Ingresse, Job For Model, and PhishX.

Joachim von Goetz has a diverse education history with a focus on research methodology and quantitative methods as well as global strategy and entrepreneurship. Joachim has obtained a Master's degree in Research Methodology and Quantitative Methods from IE Business School and another Master's degree in Design and Applied Arts from Istituto Europeo di Design - IED São Paulo. Additionally, Joachim holds an Executive MBA from IE Business School, specializing in Global Strategy & Entrepreneurship. To further enhance their entrepreneurial skills, they have completed a certificate program in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
