Masataka Kimura

Masataka Kimura has a diverse work experience starting from 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Research Intern at Linkers Corporation, where they assisted the Research Team in performing research of matching big businesses with small-to-medium-sized businesses. Masataka also helped with contract matching and won a President Award for their contributions. During this time, they learned research skills and hypothesis building.

In 2017, Masataka joined SAP as an Associate Consultant. In this role, they were a member of the Solutions Incubation Team, assisting in explaining new versions of solutions to customers through tailored demonstrations. Masataka also demonstrated new products using leading-edge technologies such as machine learning. Additionally, they worked as an SD consultant, helping with service delivery and winning a President Award as a member of the best project team.

From 2020 to 2021, Masataka worked as an Innovation Consultant at SAP. Here, they summarized customer requirements, designed high-level architectures, and collaborated with global development teams on agile projects. Masataka also implemented and validated various machine learning solutions. Furthermore, they served as an internal design thinking initiative lead, facilitating multiple online design thinking workshops.

Currently, Masataka is employed at SAP.iO as a Program Manager. SAP.iO is SAP's strategic business unit focused on accelerating innovation and collaborating with innovative startups.

Masataka Kimura obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Administration from Tokyo University of Science from 2013 to 2017.
