Enrique Espinosa

Enrique Espinosa serves as the Global Head of Product Success for Commerce Cloud at SAP since August 2021. Prior to this role, Enrique held various leadership positions at SAP, including Global Head of Customer Success & Renewals at SAP Fieldglass and VP of Strategic Initiatives and Chief of Staff to the President at SAP Customer Experience. Enrique's extensive experience spans over a decade at SAP, where responsibilities included developing commercial strategies, enhancing customer engagement, and managing product management for mobile applications. Enrique also worked as an MBA Summer Consultant at Strategy& and contributed to digital product strategies at Banorte. Educational credentials include an MBA in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
