Francis Chan

Francis Chan is an accomplished HR and product management professional with extensive experience in human capital management, product development, and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Head of HR Center of Excellence at SAP since November 2021, Francis evangelizes SAP SuccessFactors solutions to enhance organizational performance. Prior roles include Vice President of Product at Talkpush, where leadership in product and engineering led to the development of a Recruitment Automation platform, and Director of Group Human Resources at Esquel Enterprises Ltd, overseeing HR operations across multiple countries.
