Nitin Ahlawat

Nitin Ahlawat is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and digital transformation. Currently serving as Lead Product Manager for Cloud Strategy & Operations at SAP since December 2016, Nitin leads cross-functional teams to optimize cloud operations, enhance customer experience, and drive automation, notably spearheading the Fulfilment Simulation service that resulted in increased annual recurring revenue, reduced customer escalations, and quicker deal booking times. Prior to SAP, Nitin was a Project Manager at Accenture from August 2011 to November 2016, managing telecom data migration projects and improving user experiences through customer journey mapping. Nitin began a career in finance as a Senior Project Manager at Almondz Global Securities Limited from September 2005 to November 2008, providing strategic advice on IPOs and capital market entry. Nitin holds a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Melbourne, an MBA in Global Business Operations from Shri Ram College of Commerce, and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
