Olivier Barre

Olivier Barre is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global learning and human resources. Starting with a role at Saint-Gobain as a Human Resources Coordinator, Olivier progressed through various HR positions at Schlumberger and Abbott Laboratories, culminating in senior roles focused on talent management. Since 2012, Olivier has been at SAP, initially serving as Global Training Lead and later transitioning to Global Learning Manager for HR Products & People Engagement, and currently as Global Learning Portfolio Manager. In this capacity, Olivier defines the learning portfolio direction, manages budgets, aligns resources with business needs, and leads digital transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing learner experiences. Olivier holds a Master 2 in International Human Resources Management and Labor Law from the University of Warwick and a Master 1 in International and European Labor Law from Utrecht University.
