Raquel Oliveira

Raquel Oliveira serves as the Global Diversity & Inclusion and Sustainability lead for People & Operations at SAP, where responsibilities include driving D&I initiatives, serving as a primary interface to the Global Diversity and Inclusion Organization, and coordinating with the SAP Sustainability team. Raquel is also a co-teacher for the Search Inside Yourself® mindfulness course at SAP and leads the Pride@SAP Miami chapter, promoting LGBT+ inclusion. Additional roles include serving as a certified coach at Erickson Coaching International, a volunteer mentor with INvolve, and a Guardian Ad Litem for Miami-Dade County. Raquel's extensive prior experience spans various leadership positions in customer engagement and relations across multiple organizations in Latin America. Educational credentials include a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University and several degrees and certifications focused on leadership, marketing, and educational practices.
