Ritu Bhargava is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product management and software engineering across leading companies in the technology sector. Currently serving as President & Chief Product Officer for Customer Experience (CX/CRM) & Industries at SAP, Ritu has previously held significant roles including President & Chief Product Officer for Customer Experience at Qualtrics. Ritu's leadership in software engineering is exemplified by positions at Salesforce, where responsibilities included Senior Vice President and Vice President for Sales Cloud. Prior to Salesforce, Ritu contributed to Oracle as Group Manager for Fusion Financial Applications and began the career as an SAP R/3 FI & CO Developer at Samsung SDS America.
