Shaun Sjolin

Shaun Sjolin currently serves as the Regional Vice President of Enterprise Customer Success for Regulated Industries at SAP, where leadership is provided to a team focused on Digital Transformation and business outcomes in the North American Regulated Industries Market Unit. Prior to this role, Shaun was the Vice President of Cloud Customer Engagement for Strategic Industries at SAP SuccessFactors, overseeing customer success and engagement for various sectors. Shaun's experience includes significant consulting roles at IBM, where multiple global implementations of the SuccessFactors Suite were led, and at Aon Hewitt, focusing on functional support and systems implementation. Earlier career stages involved product development at Martech Media, Inc. and military service as an Air Defense Team Chief in the North Dakota Army National Guard.
