Sue Siami

Sue Siami, MA, SPHR, is currently the Head of People Compliance Americas at SAP, where they continue to leverage over 20 years of Human Resources experience in high-tech and internet industries. Previously, Sue held roles as an Employee Relations Partner at SAP and as an HR Manager at World Singles Networks. They also founded Siami Group, LLC, providing HR services to small and mid-size companies. Sue's expertise includes employee relations, performance management, and leadership development, along with a strong track record in conflict resolution and internal investigations. Additionally, Sue is pursuing a BA in International Relations at UCLA and holds an HR Certificate from the University of California, Irvine, and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.
