Vanny C.

Vanny C. is an experienced professional in user experience design and research, currently serving as a Responsible Human-Centered AI Researcher at SAP since January 2023, where focus areas include ethics, inclusion, and AI-driven experiences. Vanny has conducted extensive research across SAP’s product portfolio and has led user research on conversational AI design. Prior roles include UX Designer & Researcher at CVS Health, contributing to MVP enterprise products, and a UX Design & Research Graduate Intern at CVS Health. Additional experience includes UX design at NEDDIE, user research at Wegmans Food Markets, and a volunteer role as a graphic designer for Volunteers of America Oregon. Vanny holds a Master of Science in Human-Computer Interaction from the Rochester Institute of Technology and has a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Business Administration from the University of Portland.
