Vasco Alexander Schmidt

Vasco Alexander Schmidt is an experienced professional in the field of design and user assistance, currently serving as the Senior Director and Head of Design for SAP HANA at SAP. Previous roles include Head of User Assistance for Database, Data Warehousing, and OEM, as well as User Assistance Manager. In addition to work at SAP, Vasco has engaged in freelance activities as a lecturer and trainer, and has experience as a journalist. Vasco holds a Doktor der Philosophie in Linguistik from Freie Universität Berlin, pursuing studies there since September 2002, and also completed an earlier degree at the same institution from October 1991 to September 1996.
