Jai Gohil has experience working in various roles in the healthcare and regulatory fields. Jai began their career in 2019 with summer placement positions at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. In 2019, they also worked as a Regulatory Intelligence Intern at MedBoard. In 2020, Jai worked as a Regulatory Affairs Summer Intern at GSK and later joined MedBoard as a Real-World Evidence Associate. Currently, they are working at Saphetor as a Medical Device Software Quality Engineer in RAQA.
Jai Gohil pursued their higher education at UCL from 2017 to 2021, where they obtained an MPharm degree specializing in Pharmacy. Prior to that, they attended St Dominic's Sixth Form College from 2014 to 2016. Jai completed their secondary education at Claremont High School Academy from 2009 to 2014.
In addition to their formal education, Jai Gohil has obtained several certifications. In November 2022, they received the "ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System" certification from Udemy. Jai also obtained certifications in "Safety for Electrical Medical Devices and IEC 60601," "Usability Engineering and IEC 62366-1 Certification," "HelloAI Advanced Certification," and "Software for Medical Devices and IEC 62304 Certification" from Medical Device HQ in 2022. Furthermore, they acquired the "PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation" and "PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner" certifications from AXELOS Global Best Practice in November 2021.
