Hanan Suwed

Hanan Suwed has extensive work experience in the IT industry, particularly in roles related to ServiceNow. Hanan is currently working at Sapiens as the Lead of Servicenow (CSM) and as a Team Lead. Prior to that, they worked at TSG IT Advanced Systems Ltd. as a Servicenow Solution Architect and project manager. Hanan also has experience working at Linnovate as a Senior Project/Account manager and DevOps business manager, at TSG IT Advanced Systems Ltd. as an Application implementer, at Do IT Wise - A ServiceNow Elite Partner as a PROFESSIONAL SERVICES TEAM LEADER, and at Teva Pharmaceuticals as an ITSM GLOBAL SYSTEMS MANAGER and IT SERVICE DESK ANALYST.

Hanan Suwed has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Information Technologies Systems Analysis and Business Entrepreneurship from Ono Academic College, which was completed from 2016 to 2018. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management, with a focus on Information Technologies Systems Analysis, from the same institution from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, Hanan Suwed attended The Hi-Tech College in 2000 and 2001, studying MCSE. Hanan also pursued studies in Aviation Mechanics at Technology College-Israeli Air Force from 1994 to 1997.
