Orit Kraitsman

Orit Kraitsman has over 20 years of experience in HR. Orit is currently serving as the Global VP HR P&C Division at Sapiens since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked for Johnson & Johnson as the Head of HR for Johnson Medical Israel from October 2016 to July 2021. Orit also worked as an HR Director at NICE Actimize in 2015 and as an HRBP Mobile division at Nuance Communications from 2014 to 2015. Orit also held various roles at Comverse, including HRBP, Director Global R&D, HR BP, and HR Manager from 2007 to 2014. Earlier in their career, they worked as an OD Manager at Matrix, HR Manager at Osem Nestle, and as an HR professional at John Bryce.

Orit Kraitsman obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in French & Linguistics from Tel Aviv University in 1996. Orit then pursued a Master of Science degree in Organizational Consulting from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering, which they completed in 1998.
