Katie Payne

Katie Payne, PMP has a wealth of experience in various roles and industries. Katie most recently served as the Executive Vice President of Partner Delivery at Sapper Consulting, LLC. Prior to that, they were the Vice President Operations at Lynton. Before joining Lynton, Katie held multiple positions at Abstrakt Marketing Group, including Vice President Operations, Senior Director of Operations, Director of Implementation, and Implementation Project Manager. In these roles, they oversaw various teams and projects, led process improvements, and managed client relationships. Katie also has experience in the non-profit sector, having worked as a Lead Summer Camp Counselor at the YMCA. Additionally, they have entrepreneurial experience as a former Franchise Owner of Papa Murphy's International. Their early career began as an Assistant Manager at Subway. Throughout their career, Katie has honed their leadership, project management, and operational skills.

Katie Payne, PMP has an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree from Lewis and Clark Community College, which they obtained from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Civic Memorial High School from 2005 to 2009. In terms of certifications, they hold a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in September 2020. Additionally, they have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the same institution, which they obtained in April 2019.
