Matt Harting

Matt Harting has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades.

Matt began their career at Teknon in 1984 as a programmer, where they contributed to the development of a non-profit management system and an inventory management system for pawnshops.

In 1986, Matt moved on to work as a Technical Services Manager at Master Software Design until 1987.

From 1987 to 2015, they worked as a Consultant at Progressive Software Solutions, specializing in business process analysis and re-design for both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Matt utilized MultiValue databases, such as Raining Data D3, IBM UniData, and IBM Universe, and also worked with MS Access, MySQL, and PostgreSQL databases for designing customized programming solutions.

In 2014, Matt worked as a Programming Consultant at Pick Programmer's Shop, providing remote MultiValue Database consulting and handling web development tasks.

From 2005 to 2014, they served as an IT Development Manager at MicahTek, a call center, data management, and warehouse/fulfillment company. Matt was responsible for upgrading the legacy green-screen user interface of their in-house developed software to a modern interface.

In 2015, Matt joined MDx Medical/Vitals initially as a Senior Software Engineer and then transitioned into the role of a Software Engineering Manager at Sapphire Digital. Matt'sresponsibilities included working as a member of the scrum team responsible for the vitals.com website.

Matt Harting attended the University of Central Oklahoma from 1983 to 1984, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, with minors in Mathematics and Business. Prior to that, they studied Computer Science at The University of Tulsa from 1980 to 1982, although no degree was specified. In addition to their formal education, Matt obtained a certification in Business Law for Managers from LinkedIn in April 2022.
