Uriel Saenz has over 30 years of experience in finance and leadership roles. Uriel is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Sapphire Gas Solutions, a turnkey infrastructure services and equipment provider. Prior to this, they held the same role at AlliedUP Cooperative Inc.
Before joining Sapphire Gas Solutions and AlliedUP, Uriel worked at Chart Industries, Inc. as the Vice President of Finance for the Energy & Chemicals Division. Uriel held this role for five years before transitioning to Dresser-Rand, a Siemens Company.
At Dresser-Rand, Uriel had multiple roles, including Director of Finance for Global Operations GSP Business Owner, Director of Finance & Controller for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (Regional CFO), and Director of Finance & Controller for Global Field Operations. Uriel was responsible for financial reporting, controlling, and transforming finance and operational management processes.
Earlier in their career, Uriel worked at General Electric (GE) as a Senior Finance Manager for Financial Planning and Analysis in the Power Generation division. Uriel also served as a Finance Manager at GE Healthcare and held various finance leadership positions at Honeywell International.
Uriel began their career as a Systems Consultant at Universal Computer Systems. Throughout their career, Uriel has demonstrated expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and process improvement.
Uriel Saenz attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Accounting. Uriel then pursued further education at Mays Business School - Texas A&M University from 1994 to 1996, completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in International Business. In 1996, they briefly attended IPADE Business School for a program in MEDE - MBA, though no specific degree was mentioned.
In addition to their formal education, Uriel Saenz obtained a PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2015.
