Laura Tramier

Head of Customer Success at Saqara

Laura Tramier has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Laura started their career as a Stage d'observation at BNP Paribas in 2011. Laura then worked as an Assistante Chef de Projet at HighCo Group for a brief period in 2012. In 2013, they served as an Assistante directrice Ressources Humaines at Monaco Marine. Laura joined Multiposting Group, an SAP company, in 2014, where they held the positions of Chef de Projet Avant-Vente Junior and Chef de Projet Pôle Handicap et Diversité. In 2016, they worked as a Junior Account Manager at Doctolib. Starting from 2017, Laura worked at Groupe Filovent as a VIE - Commerciale secteur nautique, where they handled customer inquiries, advised prospects, and managed boat rentals. Laura then moved to Saqara in 2019, initially as a Customer Success Manager for the Est / Sud Est region and later became a Team Lead in the same department. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Customer Success at Saqara. In their role, Laura is responsible for customer onboarding, product demonstrations, project launches, contract renewals, and conducting webinars. Laura also contributes to sales development, suggests optimization opportunities, and collaborates with the product and technical teams to improve the Saqara tool.

Laura Tramier began their education at Lycée La Nativité Aix en Provence, where they obtained a Baccalauréat économique et social in the years 2007 to 2010. Laura then went on to attend IUT d'Aix Marseille from 2010 to 2012, earning a Diplôme Universitaire de Technologie with a specialization in Techniques de Commercialisation.

In 2012, Laura enrolled at SKEMA Business School, where they completed the Programme Grande Ecole - MSC Programme and Project Management & Business Development from 2012 to 2016. During their time at SKEMA, they also had the opportunity to study abroad at Concordia University's John Molson Business School for a six-month exchange program in 2014.

In terms of additional certifications, Laura obtained the AgilePM certification from APMG International in April 2016, as well as the PRINCE2 FOUNDATION EXAMINATION certification from the same institution. In December 2015, they also obtained the CAPM certification from PMI France.
