Roberto Serna is the General Manager of Advanced Heterogenous Al IPD Assembly at Saras Micro Devices. With previous experience at Intel Corporation, Jabil, and Plexus Corp., Roberto has a strong background in engineering and manufacturing management. Roberto's expertise lies in overseeing teams, implementing new technologies, and ensuring quality and efficiency in production processes. Roberto holds a Master of Science in Quality and Productivity Systems, a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and has completed a business administration program at The Wharton School.
