Stephanie Delepoulle

Stephanie Delepoulle serves as Directrice des ressources humaines at Laboratoires Sarbec since July 2021, overseeing three production sites and a logistics subsidiary with approximately 500 employees and managing a team of six HR professionals across two locations. Prior to this role, Stephanie accumulated extensive experience at Société Générale from July 1997 to November 2020, holding various HR positions including Responsable Ressources Humaines for the Lille Client Relations Center and Responsable Régionale RH for the Lille Regional Delegation. Stephanie also worked at Eurogroup Consulting as a Consultante en Organisation from September 1991 to June 1997. Educational qualifications include a BAC+5 from ESCP Business School and ongoing studies for a DUCERH at the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology since January 2021.
