About the Role:

Sardine is rapidly acquiring new customers and executing on an ambitious roadmap. As a result, we're building a global post-sales team to support our fraud, payments, and compliance-related products. This role is a combination of Integration Manager and Account Manager. You'll manage a handful of customers and act as their stakeholder within Sardine, helping maximize the value of our products and services.

You will:

  • Lead implementation and integration efforts for payment, fraud, and compliance products.
  • Work closely with clients, offering end-to-end support during their onboarding process, ensuring a seamless setup for success.
  • Be the primary point of contact for customers post-implementation, addressing day-to-day challenges and seizing strategic opportunities to maximize ROI in Sardine.
  • Translate complex product and technology challenges into simple, actionable solutions, managing the resolution process internally and externally.
  • Build, monitor, and communicate KPIs to clients.
  • Own public-facing SDKs, APIs, integration guides, and support documents.
  • Analyze clients' requirements strategically, technically, and functionally, designing solutions with a deep understanding of our system and product capabilities.
  • Manage implementation projects, overseeing project quality, timelines, risk mitigation, and driving deliverables.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of customers' business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria to provide solutions using Sardine's technology, offering strategic analysis and critical thinking for long-term expansion.
  • Collaborate with Sardine's risk analytics teams to proactively address new fraud typologies, communicating findings to customers.

An ideal candidate has:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as an implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solution architect, and systems analyst, collaborating with multiple technical teams both internally and externally.
  • Previous experience in risk, fraud, payments, compliance, or fintech.
  • Experience with basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, adept at number crunching and deriving insights.
  • Experience with API specs like OpenAPI, web development, and scripting (e.g., bash scripting, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, Postman)
  • Natural aptitude for building relationships and collaborative teamwork.
  • Exceptional project management skills, synthesizing inputs, balancing stakeholder needs, and driving deliverables to completion.
  • Ability to translate complex strategies into actionable processes and outcomes.
  • Experience or a desire to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Compensation: Base pay range of $80,000 - $120,000 + Series B equity with tremendous upside potential + Attractive benefits
