Amanda Postalakis

Amanda Postalakis, JD, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Senior Manager, HR Business Partner at Sarepta Therapeutics, providing HR guidance to over 200 biotechnology research professionals across multiple states. Previously, Amanda held roles at The Ohio State University as a Human Resources Business Partner Consultant and Talent Manager, where responsibilities included consulting with managers on performance expectations and supporting employee engagement initiatives. Amanda's earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Project Manager, leading cross-functional projects, and founding Eye-Hugs, LLC, a children's eyewear design company. Amanda's career began as the Community Relations Program Manager at United Way, where management of significant grants and program evaluations was integral. Amanda earned a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from UC Irvine.
