Gerard Sheehan, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Medical Science Liaison Manager at Inflammatix, Inc. and as a Medical Science Liaison at Adaptive Biotechnologies Corp.

Earlier in their career, Dr. Sheehan worked at Eli Lilly and Company as part of the Global Scientific Communications team, focusing on immunology. In 2024, Dr. Sheehan attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) to obtain a Postgraduate Certificate in Health Economics and Policy. Additionally, they hold a certification in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) from the NIHR (National Institute for Health and Care Research), obtained in 2022.
