Danielle Mayer

Danielle Mayer currently serves as the Sr. Food Safety Manager at Sargento Foods Inc., a position held since June 2014. Prior roles at Sargento include Supply Quality Manager and Supply Quality Technologist for Ingredients, as well as Associate Engineer. Earlier experience includes a Food Engineering Internship at Leprino Foods and a Maintenance Engineering Internship at Nestlé Purina North America. Danielle began a career in 2009 as a Seasonal Distribution Center Associate at School Specialty, Inc. Academically, Danielle holds a Master of Science in Food Safety from Michigan State University (2018-2021) and a Bachelor of Science in Biological/Biosystems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (2009-2014).
