Jacob Vitt

Jacob Vitt is currently the Quality Systems Compliance Supervisor at Sargento Foods Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing a quarterly FS&Q training and education program to ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, GFSI, and internal requirements. Jacob also develops and reports training metrics to stakeholders and designs targeted training modules. Prior experience includes roles as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota, a Quality Assurance Intern at SunOpta, and varied positions such as Undergraduate Teaching Assistant, Undergraduate Research Assistant, and Microbiology Lab Intern. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and a Master of Science in Food Science and Technology from the University of Minnesota.
