David Soto

David Soto possesses extensive experience in the field of criminal justice, currently serving as a Diversion Supervisor at Sarpy County since March 2007 after holding roles as a Diversion Officer/Trainer and Diversion Officer. Prior to this position, David worked at Douglas County District Court from February 2005 to March 2007 as a Court Services Officer I, where responsibilities included supervising probationers and conducting various investigations and reports for court proceedings. Earlier experience includes serving as a Juvenile Corrections Officer I at Topeka Juvenile Correctional Facility from March 2004 to January 2005, supervising high-risk juvenile offenders and providing crisis intervention. Additionally, David began a career as an Addiction Service Worker at Cornhusker Place Detox from October 2002 to January 2004, monitoring clients in various care settings.
