Shannon Teal

Shannon Teal has a diverse range of experience in various roles. Shannon began their career as a College Campus Manager at StudentCity.com, where they successfully managed sales and promotional events, recruited and trained team members, and provided weekly progress reports. Following that, they worked as a Sales Representative at Ryerson, Inc, effectively managing accounts, increasing business, and coordinating a successful United Way Campaign. Currently, Shannon is serving as the Director of HR at Sartori Company, where they oversee HR operations and previously held the position of Manager of Recruitment and Training. Shannon also gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Intern at Sartori Company, where they created job descriptions, conducted job analysis, and developed a compensation structure.

Shannon Teal completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology/Biology from Northern Illinois University from 2004 to 2008. Shannon then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations (MHRLR) from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2010 to 2011.
